Terms and Conditions — 2wtrackapk Platform Rules

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 2wtrackapk platform, accessible at https://2wtrackapk.net, including all sports betting markets, slot games, live casino products, the VIP programme, and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform").

2. Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on the Platform. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of balances. If you already have an account and cannot access it, please contact customer support rather than creating a new one.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information — particularly to circumvent age verification or identity checks — will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any winnings or balance.

Identity Verification: 2wtrackapk may require you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary. Verification may include submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or documentation confirming your payment method. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where using the Platform is permitted under applicable laws.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your account.
• You confirm that funds deposited on the Platform are from legitimate sources and not connected to any unlawful activity.

3. Account Management

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. Do not share your account details with anyone. 2wtrackapk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

Unauthorised Access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. You remain responsible for all activity that occurs on your account prior to reporting any suspected unauthorised access.

Account Dormancy: An account that has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant. 2wtrackapk may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as detailed in the fee schedule communicated at the time of notification. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Account Suspension by 2wtrackapk: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency: All transactions on the Platform — deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and VIP cashback — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by 2wtrackapk; your payment provider may apply their own conversion rates if you use a foreign-currency card or account, but this is outside our control.

Supported Deposit Methods: 2wtrackapk currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (bank-to-bank instant transfer)
• Bank Transfer (direct bank account transfer)
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Other mobile wallets where supported

Deposits are typically credited to your Platform balance within a few seconds for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within standard banking hours for bank transfers. 2wtrackapk is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal times depend on your VIP tier and the withdrawal method selected. As a general guideline:

• Bronze and Silver: standard processing up to 48 hours
• Gold: same-day processing (within business hours)
• Platinum: priority same-day processing
• Diamond: expedited processing, typically within a few hours

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. We reserve the right to request documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Funds will only be returned to a payment method verified in your name.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and VIP tier. Please check the Deposit page for current limits applicable to your account.

5. Betting Rules & Settlement

Placing Bets: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. By confirming a bet, you agree to the stated odds and stake. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.

Cricket & PSL Markets: Cricket betting on the Platform — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, Test series, and domestic tournaments — is governed by the following general rules:

• A match must be officially started for pre-match bets to stand. If a match is abandoned before a ball is bowled, all bets are void.
• For limited-overs matches, a minimum number of overs (as specified per market) must be completed for bets to stand. This minimum is clearly stated in each market.
• In-play bets are confirmed at the time of acceptance regardless of any subsequent interruption, unless the match is abandoned before the specific in-play event concludes.
• Revised targets under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method are accepted for match winner settlement.
• Player-specific markets (top scorer, most wickets) are settled based on official match statistics published by the relevant cricket board or official statistics provider.

Football & Esports Markets: Football markets are settled based on the official 90-minute result plus injury time, unless the market specifically states that extra time or penalties are included. Esports markets are settled according to the official result declared by the tournament organiser.

Void Bets: A bet is void if the event is cancelled, if it is a duplicate booking error, if odds were clearly published in error, or if the event does not meet the minimum completion criteria for that market. Void bets are returned to your balance at the original stake.

Disputes: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the settlement date by contacting customer support. We will investigate and provide a response within 5 business days. The decision of 2wtrackapk on bet settlement disputes is final.

Bet Limits: Maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface. 2wtrackapk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any account or any market at any time without prior notice.

6. Slots & Live Casino

Game Availability: The slots and live casino section is subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Game providers and titles may change without notice. All games on the Platform are provided by established third-party software providers.

Return to Player (RTP): All slot games on the Platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) and published RTP percentages. The RTP for each game is available within the game information panel. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Technical Faults: In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error during a game session, the outcome will be determined from the server-side game log. 2wtrackapk will credit or debit your account accordingly based on the verified game state at the time of the fault. No compensation is paid for inconvenience caused by technical issues beyond the fair settlement of the interrupted round.

Shared Wallet: Your PKR balance is shared across all sections of the Platform — sports betting, slots, and live casino. Funds can be used interchangeably across all product areas without any manual transfer between wallets.

7. Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback earned through the VIP programme is credited every Monday as real PKR balance with no wagering requirement attached. The cashback percentage depends on your tier at the time of the weekly calculation. Tier upgrades and downgrades are calculated monthly based on your total wager volume across all product areas.

Promotional Bonuses: Promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, and PSL-specific promotions — may carry specific conditions including minimum odds requirements, time limits, or product restrictions. The full conditions for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms available on the promotion page at the time of launch.

Bonus Abuse: The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and potentially the closure of your account:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus conditions.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus outcome regardless of event result.
• Any other activity that 2wtrackapk determines is designed to exploit rather than genuinely engage with a promotion.

Changes to VIP Tiers: 2wtrackapk reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and programme benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected members at least 7 days in advance via the registered contact method on file.

8. Responsible Gaming

2wtrackapk is committed to providing a safe and controlled environment for all players. Betting and gaming are forms of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

Tools Available to You:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum time per session. The Platform will notify you or automatically log you out when the limit is reached.
• Take a Break: Suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a break, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion is permanent for the requested period and cannot be reversed early. You will not be able to create a new account during the exclusion period.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2wtrackapk will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including payment provider outages, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds or market data caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, where bets have been placed in good faith on both sides.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability to you in any calendar month is limited to the total deposits made by you during that month.

12. Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
